RETURNS

 

We gladly accept returns on all items that are unused and in original packaging. Buyers must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to obtain RMA number.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Received Incorrect Item: Auto Express will issue a prepaid return label with an RMA number.

  • Buyer Error/Buyer Remorse: Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us for an RMA number.

  • Warranty Replacements/Defective ItemsBuyer is responsible for return shipping. In some cases return shipping will be reimbursed or we will provide a prepaid return label.
