We gladly accept returns on all items that are unused and in original packaging. The buyer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to obtain RMA number.
Received Incorrect Item: Auto Express will issue a prepaid return label with an RMA number.
Buyer Error/Buyer Remorse: Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Warranty Replacements/Defective Items: Buyer is responsible for return shipping. In some cases return shipping will be reimbursed or we will provide a prepaid return label.
Once received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund; less our original shipping cost to you (this applies to ALL orders, including those with free shipping) and a 15% restocking fee will also be charged. We will not accept any returns that are over the 30-day period. **Note: Items Returned Without An RMA Number Will Not be Processed.
